This is a 41 year old family of three home. Non functional exhaust fan for many years. Three showers per day. There was no viable option to replace any materials. The result was a full decontamination using my strongest product. Surfaces were a combination of painted plaster wall, cement fibre ceiling and wooden cross beams.

Owner repairs:

• Upgrade of exhaust fan fitted to window to a model that extracts 650m3 of air per hour.
• Repainting of all surfaces using a mould inhibitor additive a 3 coats.

The final result is a bathroom that should no longer have condensation and mould issues.
