Gary came the rescue of us and our tenants when a unit above leaked water through the ceiling and into our property, leading to a lot of mould and discolouration. Gary got on to the job for us quickly and his work has been of a very high standard.

Gary came out quickly and offered some really good advice regarding a mouldy smell in bathroom vanity. Diagnosing a leak in walls behind the bathroom cabinet and also to remedy some moisture from previous water damage in the bedroom. Reasonable price to find the source of the problem and advice to remedy. Worth calling for your peace of mind. I would highly recommend 👍

Gary is lovely. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He came out the next day, did an inspection and gave great advice.
You don't get service like this very often. I called to ask about services and instead of trying to sell me something that wasn't necessarily going to be the solution I needed, Gary made some other helpful suggestions that are more appropriate for my situation. Gary was generous with his time and obvious desire to help. Much appreciated.

We can’t recommend Gary enough, he was really friendly and professional. Generous with his time and knowledge - he answered my many questions happily and also was happy to check out other places of concern around the house. Gary is extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly sort the mould in our bathroom but provided me with helpful advice on ceiling exhaust fans to suit our bathroom. He kindly checked other areas of my home for mould as well. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Gary was quick to respond and able to attend on a Sunday morning to investigate what I thought was a damp/mouldy smell in the kids bedroom. Gary was able to identify the source very quick and after taking some moisture readings had some good advise how to proceed to fix the issue.

Gary was very helpful from my first phone call to him and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and fit me in even though I had to postpone a couple of times. I highly recommend Mister Mould.
I'd phoned a few companies before I found Mister Mould. I hadn't realised how many dodgy salesy calling centers there are in this industry.... so it was a great relief to talk with a real expert when I phoned Mister Mould. He was fantastic and offered to give a quote. He also gave lots of advice and what to look for. In this case, it turned out that the old house didn't actually have a mould problem. There was just a shower leak into the wall from years ago which was drying so he gave advise on how to fix that ourselves. I found Mister Mould to be honest and professional. I would highly recommend him. Also, he mentioned a lot of his clients are renters so if you suspect mould in your rental for example, you can get a written report to give to your property manager to get it fixed.
Mister Mould provided an honest assessment and advised of cost effective recommendations to prevent issues in our home in the future.
